CRM & Tendering Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM & Tendering Specialist to manage client communications, maintain CRM data, handle telemarketing activities, and oversee the tendering process from supplier coordination to bid submission. This role also involves coordinating with the local Oman team for site visits when required. Fluency in English and strong documentation and computer skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Relations & CRM:

  • Perform telemarketing activities to promote services and generate leads
  • Call clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with services
  • Receive incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate personnel
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal departments and Oman team members to resolve issues and arrange visits when necessary

Tendering & Quotation Management:

  • Monitor and participate in tenders through online tendering platforms
  • Collect and compare supplier quotations
  • Work with the accounting team to prepare cost estimates and price offers
  • Prepare and compile all required documents for tender submissions
  • Submit bids accurately and on time
  • Track the status of submitted tenders and maintain records

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online tendering platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Experience:

  • Experience in customer service, CRM, or tendering is preferred

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£7,500.00 - E£12,000.00 per month
