Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, or email, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or other relevant systems.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up until resolved.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor and track customer feedback, reporting insights and trends to management.
- Assist in onboarding new customers by guiding them through the process and ensuring a smooth experience.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 months or above experience in customer service, call center, or client relationship role preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM software knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
