Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, or email, providing professional and courteous assistance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or other relevant systems.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up until resolved.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor and track customer feedback, reporting insights and trends to management.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers by guiding them through the process and ensuring a smooth experience.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 months or above experience in customer service, call center, or client relationship role preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM software knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
