AI-First CRO Manager (Build an AI-native global brand in Dubai)

We're looking for an architect to own and design our entire on-site revenue engine from our global HQ in Dubai.

As our CRO Expert, you will have the radical freedom, the budget, and the AI-native toolbox to move beyond incremental optimization and build a world-class conversion ecosystem. This isn't a role where you prove a hypothesis; it's a role where you write the new playbook.

This role is for you if:

• You have a 3+ year history of measurably lifting conversion rates ( CRO )for e-commerce or D2C brands.
