We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Agent to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily travel operations.

Job Descriptions:

• Giving clients travel destination advise
• Assisting customers in creating reasonable travel budgets and trying to create packages that fit those budgets
• Finding the greatest offers on travel, dining, lodging, and activities by researching fares and rates
• Teaching customers about security and safety while they travel
• Identifying the required vaccinations and travel documents
• Confirming travel arrangements with customers and making any modifications
• Helping to resolve unforeseen obstacles, including canceled flights or trouble making hotel reservations
