Hiring: Customer Representative (Account Manager – Non-Target Based)
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time, 4pm to 12pm
Qualification: Female candidates with A-Levels background preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Representative (Account Manager) to join our growing team. This is a non-target-based role, ideal for candidates who are passionate about client service and coordination without the pressure of sales targets.

The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between our clients and production team, ensuring smooth communication and timely case handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage client cases efficiently from start to finish
• Act as a liaison between clients and the production/content team
• Conduct regular client discussions to understand and address their requirements
• Track progress, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of services
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
• Provide post-delivery support to ensure customer satisfaction

Who We're Looking For:

· Female candidate with minimum A-Levels qualification

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written)

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· A collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate between teams

· Prior experience in customer support or account management is a plus but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
