Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and passionate about creating a positive customer experience. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, solve issues, and help them maximize the value of our services.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for customers, building strong relationships and trust.
• Guide clients through onboarding and provide product/service training.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor customer accounts, identify potential issues, and provide solutions proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product, and operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback from customers and share insights to help improve products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Customer Success Representative
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
• If you have knowledge or experience with Fiverr and Upwork, this will be considered a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
