Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our packaging solutions team. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their packaging requirements (especially custom boxes), providing tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social platforms.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to custom packaging and provide professional assistance.
• Understand client requirements (materials, sizes, printing, and finishing options) to suggest suitable packaging solutions.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and order details with clients.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring profitability.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and after-sales support.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Keep records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order status using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in sales / customer service, preferably in the packaging or printing industry.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical details of packaging (materials, printing, finishing).
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
