Job Title: Customer Support Representative (CSR)

About Us:

We are a freelance-based digital agency specializing in global clients and online platforms. To strengthen our business development team, we are hiring Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) who can manage our Upwork and Fiverr profiles and contribute to client communication and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Upwork & Fiverr profiles.
• Communicate effectively with international clients.
• Draft proposals and respond to client queries in a professional manner.
• Support business development activities to bring in new projects.
• Maintain records of leads, communications, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to learn and grow a career in Business Development & Client Relations.
• Basic knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork/Fiverr) is a plus.
• Experienced candidates are also welcome to apply.
