WE’RE HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
Location: Bahria Town, Lahore (Candidates residing near Bahria Town will be preferred)
Gender: Male

Job Description:
Bin Bakar Electronics is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience, handling queries, and maintaining effective communication between clients and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone and in-person.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with management for quick issue resolution.
  • Assist in after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and share daily reports with the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
  • Experience in electronics retail or customer service will be a plus.
