We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative (CSR) with at least 1 year of experience in handling customer interactions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the system accurately.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their queries or issues.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets (response time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.

Requiredments:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
