Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain customer records and update databases
  • Meet daily/weekly performance and sales targets (if applicable)
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Ability to work in night shifts (if required)
  • Previous call center or CSR experience is a plus
