We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a CSR or in a similar role (call center experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work in shifts (if required).
