We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Proven experience as a CSR or in a similar role (call center experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to work in shifts (if required).
