We are seeking motivated and energetic Female candidates for our calling team. This position involves connecting with potential customers, sharing service-related information confidently, and meeting performance goals.The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
• Work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Good English communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and sales-oriented personality
• Ability to work night shifts (US-based campaign)
• Fresh candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply
• Prior call center experience is a plus
