We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) with at least 1 year of experience and strong English communication skills. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
