Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and maintaining positive customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media professionally and promptly.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given time frame.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in CRM/HRMS systems.
- Provide complete and accurate information about company products and services.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to customer interactions and complaints.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or BPO industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
