Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and maintaining positive customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media professionally and promptly.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given time frame.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in CRM/HRMS systems.
  • Provide complete and accurate information about company products and services.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports related to customer interactions and complaints.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or BPO industry is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
