Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in DHA Phase 4, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience handling customer interactions, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving ability and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
