CSR - Customer Service Representative

• Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding waste collection services, billing, and account status.
• Provide accurate information about services, schedules, and pricing for residential, commercial, and rolloff customers.
• Process new service requests, changes, cancellations, and service orders in the system with accuracy.
• Assist customers in resolving complaints and service issues, coordinating with operations and dispatch teams as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, including service notes and billing history.
• Handle payment processing, billing inquiries, and account adjustments as needed.
• Educate customers on waste disposal guidelines, recycling programs, and special collection services.
• Promote additional services and products that benefit the customer and support business growth.
• Collaborate with route managers, drivers, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or service-based environment.
• Experience in the waste, utilities, or logistics industry is a plus
