Job Details

Strive BPO Limited is hiring Self Verifiers for the ACA campaign. The job is to talk with customers on phone, check their details, and keep records correct.

Main Duties

• Make and receive calls
• Confirm customer and Medicare details
• Enter correct information in the system
• Follow company rules and targets

Requirements

• At least High School (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 1 year experience in call center or Verification
• Good English speaking skills
• Confident on phone and good listener
• Experience in Medicare campaign is a plus
