Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for FE & ACA campaigns with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain performance metrics and call quality standards.
• Update customer records accurately in the system.
• Contribute to campaign performance through consistent results and teamwork.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong English communication skills.
• Prior call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work the night shift.
• Basic computer skills.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
