CSR Executive (Follow-ups & Queries; Full Time; On-site; I-8/4 Islamabad)

About the Role:
We are looking for two dedicated CSR Executives to manage post-booking client relationships. Your focus will be on nurturing existing clients, addressing queries, and ensuring exceptional after-sales service to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively conduct customer follow-ups via call and WhatsApp.
• Address and resolve post-booking queries and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
• Gather client feedback and update CRM records.
• Enhance client retention and satisfaction through consistent communication.

Requirements:

• 2 years of CSR experience in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer follow-ups, query resolution, and after-sales support.
• Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach.
• Female candidates from Islamabad/Rawalpindi only.
