1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Client Success Executive to manage daily client operational requests, handle inbound sales, and drive job conversion. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role requiring strong client communication, sales capability, and ownership mindset. The ideal candidate will actively grow the client account while ensuring high levels of service delivery and satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to daily operational job requests from clients
• Coordinate job progression with internal teams and contractors
• Handle inbound sales inquiries, prepare job scopes, and close jobs efficiently
• Identify and execute growth opportunities within existing client accounts
• Maintain strong, professional client relationships
• Monitor job statuses, follow up on pending actions, and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure accurate, timely, and professional client communication
• Meet and exceed sales, conversion, and performance targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
• Support continuous improvement in processes and client experience
