We are hiring a Customer Support Representative for our e-commerce operations. The candidate will handle customer queries, orders, chats, and complaint resolution.

Requirements:

• 6 months experience in e-commerce customer support (Daraz/Shopify/Amazon/TikTok Shop preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage calls, chats, and order processing
