CSR Lead

Position Title: CSR Lead

Location: Onsite — Soan Garden, Islamabad
Schedule: 6 PM to 3 AM (US Shift)

Role Overview

We’re hiring a performance-driven Sales Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of three outbound sales agents. You’ll be responsible for improving scripts, tracking KPIs, driving meeting bookings, and keeping the floor energized. This role acts as the communication bridge between management and the sales team to ensure daily goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of 3 outbound SDRs
• Set, track, and manage KPIs for call volume, conversions, and booked meetings
• Monitor and review calls to identify gaps and coach agents effectively
• Conduct daily huddles to maintain energy and alignment
• Support outreach efforts through email and LinkedIn where needed
• Build and refine scripts, objection handling, and call flow
• Drive the team to consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets
• Report performance, pipeline status, and trends to management
• Uphold a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance

Requirements

• Strong experience in outbound sales (BPO experience preferred)
• Prior exposure to US/Canadian campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver KPIs
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Familiar with CRMs, dialers, and outreach tools
• Comfortable in a high-activity, target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
