Enza Home is a globally recognized furniture and lifestyle brand offering stylish, comfortable, and innovative home solutions. As part of our continued expansion in Pakistan, we are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our Islamabad showroom team.

Position Overview:

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the brand’s premium showroom standards. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in furniture, home décor, or retail sales, with excellent communication and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Welcome and assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure smooth follow-up until delivery.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals, materials, and features.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, interior designers, and corporate customers.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and display standards are maintained in the showroom.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and report daily activities to the sales supervisor/manager.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in furniture, interiors, or luxury retail).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a professional appearance.
  • Good command of MS Office and POS systems.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, target-driven environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
