Ltd., Enza Home continues to expand its footprint in the local market. We are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead and manage our nationwide sales operations.

Position Overview:

The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, market share growth, and customer satisfaction. This senior role involves leading sales teams across multiple showrooms, driving business development, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives. The ideal candidate must have proven leadership experience in the furniture, retail, or interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team across all showrooms (Islamabad, Lahore, and other locations).
  • Oversee showroom operations, ensuring consistent brand representation and exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers, designers, architects, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations departments for sales campaigns, events, and new product launches.
  • Set performance goals, review sales KPIs, and provide coaching to sales managers and executives.
  • Manage pricing strategies, discount policies, and promotional activities in coordination with management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and customer service excellence.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in the furniture, retail, or home décor industry).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Deep understanding of retail operations, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Professional, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
