CSR Matchmaking Officer-Gulshan e Iqbal (Females Only)

Shaadi.org.pk is hiring a Female CSR Matchmaking Officer for its Gulshan-e-Iqbal Branch. The role involves managing member profiles, understanding client preferences, and facilitating suitable and meaningful matches. We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and professional individual who can build strong and positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update client profiles with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Understand client preferences and suggest compatible matches.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate meetings between potential matches and ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation.
• Achieve monthly matchmaking and client satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service, client relations, or similar roles.
• Age: 22 years or above.
• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organization, and proficiency in MS Office.

Salary & Benefits:

• Rs. 50,000 Basic Salary
• Food, medical, and conveyance allowance

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
