(CSR) – Packaging

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our packaging team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage orders, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the production/packaging department.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat
• Process and track packaging orders
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams
• Maintain customer records and update databases
• Resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
• Prior CSR or packaging industry experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
