Job Title: Expert Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Cold Calling (USA/Canada Market)

Job Description:
Restorative Media is expanding its business operations in the USA and Canada and is looking for experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with strong cold-calling skills.

The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating with international clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the USA and Canada
• Present and promote company services effectively
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (USA/Canada campaigns preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (neutral or American accent preferred)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently from home
