Requirement for Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Electronics, IoT & Applications We need to hire a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can lead our technical vision across electronics, IoT, and software applications. Our company’s core strength lies in transforming customer ideas into fully executed products—ranging from electronic hardware and IoT devices to mobile and web applications that support them. Role Overview The CTO will define and implement the company’s technology roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of electronics hardware, embedded IoT systems, and companion applications. This leader will oversee R&D, drive product innovation, and ensure projects are executed from concept to market with high quality and scalability. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product development across electronics, IoT, and mobile/web applications. Oversee electronics design: PCB, embedded systems, firmware, sensors, and wireless protocols (BLE, Zigbee, LoRa, Wi-Fi, NB-IoT, 5G). Ensure IoT connectivity with reliable cloud integration (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud). Manage software development for mobile and web platforms to complement IoT devices. Align product development with business goals and customer requirements. Drive prototype-to-production lifecycle, ensuring compliance with standards and certifications. Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams (hardware engineers, software developers, app designers). Stay updated with trends in electronics, IoT, cloud, and app ecosystems to maintain a competitive edge. Required Qualifications & Experience Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of experience in product development spanning electronics, IoT, and applications.
