Dizzaract is an AI and gaming infrastructure company founded in 2022, headquartered at Yas Creative Hub in Abu Dhabi. We build and scale multiple products — including Farcana 2.0, Gamed, and FAR Labs — spanning competitive gaming, digital platforms, and AI systems.

Our ecosystem includes AI-powered games, a unified player identity platform, and a dedicated R&D lab focused on building next-generation AI infrastructure and products. Our research team brings deep technical expertise, with over 100 peer-reviewed papers and 20+ patents across AI-driven gameplay, digital ownership, and system design.

02. ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on, builder-type CTO to lead the technical direction of Dizzaract.

This is not a strategy-only role. You will be deeply involved in building — designing architecture, writing code, and leading execution across infrastructure, AI, and product.

You will own the technical foundation of products designed to scale to millions of users, while building and leading a high-performance engineering team. This role sits at the intersection of gaming platforms, AI systems, and high-scale cloud infrastructure.

04. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical Vision & Architecture

Own and design scalable backend systems and infrastructure capable of supporting millions of concurrent users with high reliability.

• Hands-On Engineering

Actively contribute to the codebase — building core systems, reviewing code, and unblocking the team.

• Live Operations (LiveOps)

Oversee deployment, monitoring, and incident response for live products and games.

• Cloud & Infrastructure Ownership

Lead cloud and edge infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure, and Cloudflare Workers.

• AI & Platform Integration

Drive the integration of AI systems and LLM frameworks into consumer-facing products.

• Team & Culture

Build and lead a high-performing engineering team with a focus on ownership, speed, and execution.

05. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in senior technical leadership roles (CTO, VP Engineering, or similar).
• Strong hands-on coding ability and experience with modern, cloud-native stacks.
• Experience building and scaling high-load systems.
• Proven experience scaling live products or games to 1–2M+ MAU (10M+ preferred).
• Deep understanding of LiveOps and real-time system management.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and edge infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers).
• Experience integrating AI/LLM systems into production products.
• Ability to operate across infrastructure, backend, AI, and product.
• Strong focus on user experience alongside system design
