Curriculum Delivery and Implementation Officer

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced education professional to lead curriculum implementation across all branches. You will play a key role in ensuring effective teaching and learning while supporting teachers to provide high-quality educational experiences for our students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design, review, and enhancement of the curriculum in alignment with academic standards.
• Support and mentor teachers in planning and delivering effective lessons.
• Monitor and evaluate curriculum implementation to ensure consistency across all branches.
• Analyze student progress and use data to guide instructional improvements.
• Coordinate with academic teams and department heads to develop and refine curriculum plans.
• Conduct regular academic follow-ups to ensure syllabus completion and achievement of learning goals.
• Collaborate with school leadership to enhance academic quality and address gaps in execution.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• B.Ed / M.Ed
• 8+ years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum coordination, or quality assurance
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience managing multi-branch school operations is an added advantage
