Curriculum Developer (Pre-Primary)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop lesson plans and learning activities for pre-primary books.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with NEP (National Education Policy) and NCF (National Curriculum Framework) guidelines.
• Collaborate with authors, teachers, and illustrators to create age-appropriate, engaging, and effective learning materials.
• Review and revise content to maintain quality, clarity, and educational standards.
• Stay updated with early childhood education trends, pedagogical best practices, and curriculum innovations.

Requirements:

• B.Ed. mandatory (specialization in Early Childhood Education preferred).
• Strong understanding of NEP and NCF guidelines.
• Experience in designing lesson plans and educational content for pre-primary/early years.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to produce engaging learning materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience Level: Fresher – 2 Years (depending on organizational preference)
