About the role

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused team member to manage both custom jewellery operations and gemstone inventory. This hybrid role supports customers after purchase, coordinates CADs and renders, ensures smooth handoffs between design and setting, and maintains accurate gemstone records.

Candidate responsibilities

. Liaise with customers post-sale to finalize custom jewellery designs.  Provide gemstone advice (cut, setting, quality), and support after-sales service.

. Coordinate CAD drawings for setters and renders for customer approval.

. Manage stone delivery to setters and coordinate designer pickups/drop-oƯs.

. Oversee inbound gemstone shipments and inspect for quality and accuracy.

. Create & manage SKUs based on gem specifications (type, cut, clarity, etc.).

. Maintain detailed inventory records and ensure stock accuracy 

Candidate requirements:

. 2+ years’ experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or inventory roles.

. Strong knowledge of gemstones and jewellery settings.

. Familiar with CAD tools and jewellery design processes.

. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

. Competent with spreadsheets and inventory software. Preferred

. GIA certification or gemological training.

. Experience in bespoke or high-end jewellery production
