(Custom Packaging) Sales Executive (8pm - 5am)

Job Timing: 8pm - 5am (US Shift)
Salary: 50k-60k + Commission

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in custom packaging or printing sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the packaging sector.
• Manage existing client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Present and promote company products and services to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new trends and competitors.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and client communication records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in packaging, printing, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
