Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly agile practices. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless communication between systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
