Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with organizational goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Experience with application development methodologies and best practices. - Strong understanding of business process management and workflow automation. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting Pega applications with other systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: -Mandatory PCSA and PCSSA certification - The candidate should have minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Pega Platform. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
