Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be a member of Group HR Technology within the Group Operations & Technology Office (GOTO), which is simplifying and digitizing our HR application landscape along our technology strategy. Together with your colleagues you will be focusing on providing and building Human Resources-related solutions to provide the best candidate & employee experience throughout the whole lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: -Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our internal clients and employees. -Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment. -Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements. -Build observability into our solutions to monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues. -Continuously up-skill, learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind. Professional & Technical Skills: - High proficiency and 8+yrs of technical experience in programming languages: Java - Experience in REST API Design - Experience in GraphQL Schema DesignExperience with NoSQL Data Modeling (Azure Cosmos NoSQL) - Experience in Data Streaming (Confluent Kafka) - Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud - Hands-on experience in Authentication and Authorization (OAuth 2.0, MSFT EntraID) - Familiar with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Azure Monitor, API Management, etc) Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - A 15 years full time education is required.
