We are urgently hiring a Customer Account Executive/CSR to join our UK-based Food Group. Multiple positions are available in our Tele-sales department.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Proficiency in spoken English
• Prior call centre experience will be considered an advantage
• Customer basket managment
• Basic knowledge of office 365
• Basics of Sales strategies (up/cross selling)
• Churn Managment

Office Timings:

• Summer: 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Winter: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm
