We’re a growing commercial bread bakery with a team of 300, achieving $80M in annual sales. We’re seeking a customer-centric Account Manager to nurture client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support our sales team’s growth.
What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for established client accounts — building trust and ensuring ongoing satisfaction

Troubleshoot and resolve client issues quickly and effectively

Collaborate closely with sales managers and internal teams (production, logistics, quality, finance) to align on customer needs and expectations

Identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts, helping to drive revenue growth

Monitor account health, track KPIs, and deliver regular status reports

Support and represent the company at trade shows, demos, and client events (approx. 25% travel)

Document interactions and project updates in our CRM system

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Customer or Account Manager in a B2B or wholesale setting
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Comfortable with occasional travel for client meetings and events

Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office suite
