Customer Account Representative

Doha, Qatar

As an Customer Account Manager in www.rch.qa you must be proactive and passionate about company services, HR & Qatari Government regulation, as well as the clients they serve. You will act as a point of contact for your clients and build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with your contacts.

Responsibilities:

  • keeping up to date with Qatari Government regulations.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain service value.
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes (invoices and others).
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company services.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Identifying industry trends and keeping up to date with Qatari regulations.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the service experience.
  • Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction in order to prevent account loss.
  • Meeting performance metrics as communicated by the company.
  • Maintain confidentiality on all work-related topics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
