Customer Relationship officer

Job description:

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
  • Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
  • Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
  • Creating and updating expense reports
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records

Must have own conveyance and can easily commute to DHA Phase 8.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
