We are looking for an experienced
Customer Account Specialist
to join our growing team at our Dubai MRO Centre. This role supports our continued commitment to delivering high-quality maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services to our global aviation clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer communications, ensuring timely response to RFQs, RFPs, and service-related inquiries.

Prepare and submit quotes, tenders, and contract documents in line with customer and internal expectations.

Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure timely service delivery.

Track and report on customer metrics, quote outcomes, and contract performance.

Support face-to-face meetings, work scope reviews, and real-time approvals for scope changes or component exchanges.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and service requirements.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and delivery performance.

Provide after-hours AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support when required.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer account management, preferably in the MRO or aerospace sector.

Proficiency in MRP systems; SAP experience preferred.

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent written and spoken English.

Strong technical understanding of aerospace component repair.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
