We are seeking an Account Specialist to support day-to-day customer relationship management and account coordination. This role will serve as a communication bridge between U.S. clients, internal teams, and domestic partner, ensuring smooth order processing, timely updates, and high-quality service delivery. This position will also provide support for key accounts (KA) and help maintain long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for U.S. customers for routine inquiries, order status updates, and service coordination.
  • Communicate client needs clearly and accurately to internal teams and domestic partner, ensuring alignment and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain ongoing customer and identify additional business opportunities by proactively engaging existing customers through scheduled calls, business reviews, or occasional on-site visits.
  • Optimize customer growth and retention through detailed account management, including follow-ups on service experience, cost efficiency discussions, and long-term relationship development.
  • Support Key Account (KA) customers by providing tailored service, follow-ups, and relationship maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and communication logs in CRM or internal systems.
  • Assist with customer feedback collection and service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communication, Supply Chain, or related fields a plus).
  • 0–2 years experience in customer service, account coordination, sales support, or similar roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or order management workflows is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
