We support businesses across the UAE in maintaining compliance, improving safety standards, and protecting operations. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Al Garhoud.

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, explain our services, and generate qualified leads within the UAE market. This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, organized, and committed to achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients across the UAE to generate leads

Promote and clearly explain our services, including inspections, ISO certifications, and safety training

Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with interested prospects

Maintain and update customer databases and call logs using CRM or Excel

Schedule meetings or calls for the senior sales team when needed

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation with active campaigns

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in pitching and objection handling over the phone

Familiarity with CRM systems or Excel for lead tracking

A customer-focused mindset with active listening skills

Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure

Fluent in multiple languages (English is required; Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

At least 1 year of telesales or customer service experience (preferably in the UAE)

Previous experience in B2B sales or technical service industries is a bonus
