Key Roles Include:-

1. Invoice Preparation and Management
Generate accurate invoices based on products/services delivered.
Ensure invoices comply with company policies and client contracts.
Send invoices to clients/customers on time.
2. Billing System Management
Enter billing data into accounting or ERP systems.
Maintain and update billing software with relevant data.
3. Payment Tracking
Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Coordinate with the accounts receivable team to ensure timely collections.
4. Customer Communication
Address client inquiries regarding billing discrepancies or clarifications.
Maintain professional communication to resolve disputes or delays.
5. Financial Record Keeping
Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and other billing documents.
Assist in auditing and compliance with financial regulations.
6. Reporting
Prepare billing reports and summaries for management.
Skills Required:
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, MS Excel).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
