Key Responsibility:-
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, logistics) to resolve customer issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Both Fresher and Experience can apply.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi
