Customer Experience Assistant

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Female Customer Experience Executive to join our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, managing inquiries, ensuring smooth order processing, and providing excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide product information, quotations, and guidance on PPE products (helmets, safety shoes, gloves, masks, etc.).
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and feedback.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up with clients to ensure post-sales satisfaction and support.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, customer feedback analysis, and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales coordination, or front office (3-5 years preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) is mandatory.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
