We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Assistant Specialist to join our team. The role is responsible for providing excellent customer support through various channels, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Provide guidance and education to customers on product features, usage, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to relevant departments to improve products and services.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to deliver effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical support, operations) to ensure seamless customer care.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with patience and empathy.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
