We're on the hunt for a new Customer Care Consultant to join our team based in Toowoomba QLD!

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced customer service environment, and is passionate about connecting with people. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a team that values safety, service, and operational excellence - we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for our customers - in person and via phone/email
• Provide expert advice on our wide range of industrial products
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Striving for first contact resolution and deliver on relevant service level objectives
• Uphold our safety standards and contribute to a positive team culture

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in a customer focused environment
• Well developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Self motivated and proactive mindset to anticipate and problem solve
• Effective computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
