Job Description for Customer Services Representative:

Hiring Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum Graduation or Intermediate
  • Communication Skills: Must have fluency in English and Urdu language(with a neutral dialect)
  • Residence: Lahore
  • Experience. Preferably have 06 months to 02 Years.
  • Salary: 37K-45K (Performance Based Incentives)

· Job Description:

· To handle and respond to customer calls.

· To provide online support to the customer regarding the services.

· Follow up with Operations team for fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours

· Create / close Network Trouble Ticket

· Keep faults' record for respective regions

· Execute special tasks assigned during duty.
